Packed with exciting new tech and looking fantastic from top to bottom, we’re proud to be today giving you a look at the brand new G440 K driver from PING! Without further ado, we’re going to jump right into how fantastic this golf club looks, from the grip to the head.
Stunning from every angle
When you first set eyes on the new G440 K driver, you’ll appreciate the efforts that PING has put into making a club that looks great all over. The head is predominantly black with highlights of silver and blue on the sole.
The face is particularly intricate with horizontal lines stretching from the heel and toe sections of the club, giving you a clear indication of where the sweet spot is and where to align your ball.
On the sole you’ll find the shiny tungsten weight that hangs near the back of the club while the PING brand name takes central presence. You can’t miss the stylish detailing on the Carbonfly crown that wraps into the sole, creating a solid, stunning clubhead. The G440 K features aerodynamic shaping that looks sleek, and the club simply feels fast.
The driver is certainly easy on the eye, but how does it actually perform better than other clubs out there? We’ll now take a dive into the tech that makes this club tick.

The G440 K joins an excellent line-up of drivers that includes the G440 Max, SFT, and LST. The former two offering excellent forgiveness and launch, the latter being a very workable low spin model.
This is simply one of the best drivers on the market right now and we can’t recommend it enough. The G440 K has a low, deep CG placement that not only improves launch on your tee shots but also improves energy transfer between the club and the ball, ensuring you get exceptional power and forgiveness on your drives. If you have a naturally slower swing speed and you’d like to swing faster through the ball, the G440 Max driver will feel great in your hands. This club has a longer shaft and an overall lighter construction that allows you to gain faster ball speeds on your strikes for more distance down the fairway.
Plenty of golfers suffer from a slice, hitting the ball far to the right of the fairway. This can result in feeling the need to drastically try to compensate by setting up to the ball aiming far to the left. If this sounds like you, the PING G440 SFT golf driver or fairway wood will be just the tool for you. SFT stands for ‘Straight Flight Technology’ and besides being light and wieldy, this club has an adjustable backweight to give you draw correction, helping take the severity out of your slice.
If you’re a skilled player with a fast swing speed and you want to get the most out of your tee shots, you’ll feel at home with the PING G440 LST golf driver or fairway wood. PING’s ‘Low Spin Technology’ model naturally provides lower spin and more control on where you place your shot thanks to the three-position backweight. Weight has also been relocated within the clubhead to offer a better launch and consistently straight drives.
